What's the difference in boxes?
All of the boxes have the 4 proprietary Heat Apps included. They give you around 2000 live tv channels including locals, premium movie channels, all major sports, PPV and more! Plus you'll have access to over 40,000 on demand movies and TV shows from all the major networks and streaming services without all the subscriptions or having to switch between a bunch of different apps. There is also a 7 day playback feature on most major channels that allows you go back up to one week and watch a program without having to remember to record it first.
The differences really come in when it comes to the features of each box.
The V5 Pro is a little older but reliable base model with Android 12 for the OS. It also has an external antenna and the updated remote. It's a great entry level box and will have all the programs you'll need.
The V6 Max and the V6 Plus are both the newest models and work very similarly. They both have upgraded processors, run Android 14.0 OS, have a higher video output, better Wi-Fi cards, more memory for extra apps and use an internal antenna instead of external.
The V6 Plus includes two additional live tv apps which have an extra 200 channels. One app gives you the option to pause and rewind live tv as well as having close caption and the other gives you split screen and picture in picture options - great for all the game watching fans out there!
The ELITE and Elite Ultra offer over 20 additional premium apps. The additional apps give you more TV and VOD apps, some of which include channels from around the world, adult content, some limited recording capability and split screen capability. Each app is different in what they offer and how they function. If you like exploring and taking the time to learn new things, then these are a great option.
